EVO government application will be used to improve and accelerate the delivery of public services. To facilitate understanding of the application's utility, employees of Multifunctional Centres of the Public Service Agency throughout the country participated in a two-day practical workshop. The objective was to learn in detail the functionalities of the application to optimise and improve administrative processes, facilitate citizens' interaction with State institutions, and deliver public services quickly and efficiently.

This activity is part of the Training Programme on New Digital Government Solutions for representatives of public authorities/institutions, run by the e-Governance Agency.

Each ASP employee participating in the practical exercise will act as a trainer for their colleagues in the Multifunctional Centre they represent, who in turn will use the application in their daily work. 

This training programme is part of the efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Digital Transformation Strategy for 2023-2030 and is part of Pillar 5 of the Government of Moldova's Action Plan. Aiming to increase the efficiency and quality of public services.

People wishing to participate in the information sessions organised by the e-Governance Agency under the programme can apply by registering at instruire@egov.md.

Trainings shall be conducted in groups organised in the EGA's Centre for Innovation and Training in Digital Governance, equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure a suitable environment for conducting trainings efficiently and interactively and according to a timetable agreed upon jointly with the entities concerned.
