OFFICIALS OF THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIGITALIZATION HAVE BEEN TRAINED ON TESTING E-SERVICES INTEGRATED IN THE EVO APPLICATION
E-Governance Agency (EGA) continues the Training Programme on New Digital Government Solutions for representatives of public authorities/institutions. Today, officials of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization (MDED) participated in a test exercise of e-services integrated into the EVO government application.
"At the Moldova Digital Summit 2024, we will launch the EVO app. By then, we aim to promote practical experience of its use among employees of public institutions, as they are the ones who are in charge of facilitating communication between the State and the citizen. A basic module in the application is the digital document wallet, which contains the driving licence, ID card and registration certificate. The application also integrates all electronic services and provides access to online public services. EVO contributes to achieving the goal of 100% Digital Moldova, it is simple to use, focused on the citizen", stressed AGE Director Andrei Prisacar in dialogue with civil servants.
EGA representatives gave participants a basic experience in using the new EVO e-governance product and presented them with the technical settings needed to access the modules available in the application: Documents, Payments, Personal Data, Public Services, Power of Attorney, etc.
Each participant in the training sessions will act as a trainer, who in turn will guide colleagues in the institution and facilitate access for more civil servants to the functionalities of the EVO application - an essential tool in optimizing administrative processes, modernizing public services and moving to another level of interaction with State institutions.
Training and education programme is part of the efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Digital Transformation Strategy for 2023-2030 and is part of Pillar 5 of the Action Plan of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. Aiming to increase the efficiency and quality of public services.
People wishing to participate in the information sessions organised by the e-Governance Agency under the programme can apply by registering at instruire@egov.md.
Trainings shall be conducted in groups organised in the EGA's Centre for Innovation and Training in Digital Governance, equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure a suitable environment for conducting trainings efficiently and interactively and according to a timetable agreed upon jointly with the entities concerned.
