A group of managers and teachers from technical vocational education institutions from Edineț, Strășeni, Leova Districts and Chișinău Municipality learned in detail about the opportunities offered by the digital services and platforms developed by the e-Governance Agency (EGA), but in particular how they can benefit from the integrated application of public services - EVO.

During the event, EGA representatives presented the key functionalities of the digital government services available to citizens and businesses, as well as the practical ways of interacting online with the State to obtain public services, including through the EVO application. In this context, the services/benefits the application offers, the technical setup and the operating modules were explained.

In the chapter on digital government platforms, the usefulness of digital products was practiced: electronic signature and identity (MSign), virtual personal cabinet (MCabinet), electronic powers of attorney (MPower), document delivery (MDelivery), Cultural Voucher, Public Services Portal, to strengthen the digital capacities of qualified staff and contribute to the efficiency and modernization of the vocational-technical education process.

This training workshop is part of a series of outreach activities, including in the field, within the Digital Information and Education Programme launched by EGA, as well as in the context of the partnership with the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), which aims to raise the digital literacy of the population and develop the digital skills of managers and teachers in technical vocational education institutions.
