INTEREST IN PARTICIPATING IN EGA’S 2024 DIGITAL INFORMATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMME IS CONSTANTLY GROWING
Since the beginning of this year, more than 300 participants have benefited from our outreach activities organised (online and offline) as part of the 2024 Digital Information and Education Programme.
During February 5th-9th, 2024, we organised two more webinars, where we had the opportunity to interact and share digital news, knowledge and skills with two groups of participants.
The first group was made up of young volunteers, and members of the HelpAge International Moldova Project. We introduced them to digital public services, and showed them practical exercises, helping them to understand and exploit their potential in their daily activities, but also in their mission as volunteers, who will help the elderly population in different localities of the country (Telenești and Ialoveni), to become friends with technology.
The second group was made up of a variety of professionals, from librarians and entrepreneurs to teachers, managers, civil servants and retirees who registered online via the registration form.
We offered all beneficiaries an interactive and informative experience, introducing them to the basics of digital security and the range of government digital services. Through practical exercises, we showed them how to create online powers of attorney with MPower, sign electronic documents with MSign, make electronic payments with MPay, access personal data with MCabinet and benefit from online services on the Public Services Portal, etc.
We thank all participants for their active involvement and for inspiring us to continue developing and promoting innovative digital solutions. Through the Programme, day by day we succeed in expanding the network of active users of government digital services.
