Over 50 teachers from education institutions in ATU Gagauzia participated in an informative seminar on digital public services organized by the Electronic Governance Agency (EGA) in partnership with Tekwill Comrat and the Education Department of ATU Gagauzia.

The event agenda included a general presentation of digital government services and the practical skills needed for their use, including:

-        Public Services Portal (servicii.gov.md): how to access and efficiently use the online services;

-        Electronic Signature (msign.gov.md): a practical guide to creating and using an electronic signature for secure online transactions;

-        The Government Portal for Citizens and Legal Entities (mcabinet.gov.md): how to efficiently manage personal and business data online using the virtual cabinet;

-        Online service for delegation of powers (mpower.gov.md): a practical guide to using online delegation of authority;

-        Document delivery using MDelivery (mdelivery.gov.md): how to order and track the delivery of important documents using the government delivery service;

-        Government service for electronic payments (mpay.gov.md): efficient use of government services for electronic payments;

-        The opportunities provided by MPay in relation to the National Cultural Voucher Program.

The organizers aimed to support teachers to master modern technologies and subsequently use them when teaching students, as well as to create a space for exchange of experiences and ideas for the integration of digital solutions into the education process.

Additionally, during the event, the participants received outreach materials from EGA to help them promote electronic government services in their communities.
