In the digital age, where communication plays a central role in connecting and informing the society, government communicators are constantly learning to master the digital platforms and services to become active users of the electronic governance products themselves and to promote the digital interaction between government institutions and citizens and thus contribute to revolutionizing the communication across the government.
Communicators from public institutions took part today in the workshop “Electronic Governance and Digital Public Services – Benefits and Opportunities”, held by the Electronic Governance Agency, to learn more about the digital government solutions.
This initiative contributes to the objectives of the outreach and digital literacy campaign “Digital Nation”, which aims at increasing the number of users of electronic services and building the professional skills of civil servants.
By integrating electronic services in the communication strategies, government officials are leading the way to a new era, in which the relationship between citizens and government is much easier, quicker and more efficient, communicating complex concepts in accessible, human, attractive and efficient language for various target groups and connecting people with the information they need.
We thank our fellow communicators and rely on their involvement as Digital Messengers to contribute to building a modern information society in our country.
