GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION OF DIGITAL CADASRAL SERVICES
Starting today, April 28, 2023, the online cadastral services are available for the immovable property across the whole country.
Unlike before, from now on, individuals and businesses can request online a variety of documents related to the land plots and constructions located in any part of the Republic of Moldova.
The reengineering and digitalization team of the e-Governance Agency (EGA) and the Public Services Agency (PSA) has managed in a short time to integrate and configure full real estate data in the cadastral register on the e-Services Development Platform.
Thus, citizens can apply online on the Public Services Portal www.servicii.gov.md for 12 cadastral services related to extracts from the Real Estate Register, cadastral plans for immovable property, information from the central databank of the Real Estate Cadastre etc.
The cadastral documents can be requested and received online at a reduced price through the virtual Cabinet (mcabinet.gov.md) based on the electronic signature, but also can be picked up at the service delivery points.
The cadastral documents can also be received through the government’s delivery service MDelivery, which delivers to any address indicated by applicant, including abroad.
The payments for these services can be made online through the government’s electronic payment service MPay (mpay.gov.md).
The benefits worth mentioning include:
- reduced and affordable price through MCabinet;
- delivery through MDelivery;
- application based on an authorization through MPower;
- access to the real estate list (even without knowing the cadastral code) for those who have electronic signature;
- greater affordability for the persons with disabilities and the elderly (the person indicates the disability or age and the system automatically verifies through MConnect and applies the discount).
About 10 000 applications for cadastral services have been registered so far in the information system.
More information about the public services provided by the Moldovan public institutions is available on the Public Services Portal (servicii.gov.md) – a virtual one-stop-shop for the whole range of public services available in Moldova.
