Electronic Signature Governmental Service

Electronic Signature Governmental Service

MSign is the governmental electronic signature service, created by the e-Governance Agency, which allows you to use all types of electronic signatures in your online interactions and to verify the authenticity of signatures under guaranteed security.

The e-Governance Agency recommends using the MSign Service as a method of application and verification of the authenticity of the advanced qualified electronic signature. The MSign Service is hosted on the common governmental platform MCloud and complies with the security requirements provided by the current legislation, including the law on the use of electronic signature. To achieve the functionality of the MSign Service, the information is shared between the information systems through secure channels, using cryptographic information protection mechanisms.

How to access the service:

  • Access the msign.gov.md platform
  • Choose the Sign option
  • Upload the file (document in pdf format) to be signed
  • Write the reason for signing (reply options: approved, signed, resolution, etc.)
  • Write the code from the image and sign!

You can sign by using 1 of the 3 tools on MSign: Mobile Signature, Electronic ID Card and Electronic Signature (STISC).

Benefits:

- Provides the possibility to access electronic services remotely instead of going to the counter;
