The e-Governance Agency initiated new measures to ensure a high level of accessibility and information security for online transfers, actions needed due to the situation in the region.

Starting today, donations for Ukrainian refugees, paid to the account opened by the Ministry of Finance, can be made by accessing the Government Electronic Payment Service MPay. 

The account was integrated into the MPay platform and is now available and can be used by anyone to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukrainian citizens, safely and from any place in the world by clicking the link: https://bit.ly/3Ij58cx.

Users of electronic services are urged to notify the e-Governance Agency of any malfunctions or deficiencies while accessing government electronic services, by contacting the technical assistance and support centre at  tel: 0 22 820 000 and suport.mpay@gov.md.
