In the context of declaration of state of emergency on the territory of the Republic of Moldova for a period of 60 days, the public institution "e-Governance Agency" addressed, today, 25 February 2022, a letter to all public authorities and institutions, EGA partners, beneficiaries of government services (about 60 recipients), informing them that the institution takes all necessary measures to ensure the security, continuity and availability of government services according to the requirements.

In connection with the events in Ukraine, EGA also called on all institutions to exercise maximum vigilance in the use of government services and urged the providers, administrators and users of digital public services to notify EGA about any disruption in the operation and access of digital platforms and services.

The teams of experts, responsible for the operation of online services, work intensively and are ready to provide technical and informational support to all those who will request it.

In addition, in terms of ensuring information security, the e-Governance Agency, together with the relevant institutions, ensures the implementation of the entire set of complex technical and organizational measures in accordance with the legislation.
