Starting in January 2020 you can pay through MPay all your compulsory state social insurance contributions [3]
The National Social Insurance Office, with the support of the e-Governance Agency, integrated the payment of all the compulsory social insurance contributions in the Government e-Payment Service MPay.
In this context, starting in January 2020, citizens have the opportunity to pay any compulsory state social insurance contribution, including late interests and fines related to the state social insurance budget through MPay, by making 4 simple steps (see the Infographic below) and choosing the preferred method of payment from those proposed by the MPay Service: bank card, Internet Banking and cash, through payment terminals or banks.
The service is available on the MPay portal at https://mpay.gov.md/Services/Service/CNAS1 [6]
IMPORTANT: The National Social Insurance Office warns that the payers who pay contributions on the last day of payment as stipulated by the law for their payment, should take into account that payments made through the MPay Service are processed as follows: payments received from 00:00 to 18:00 are exported to treasury accounts on the same day, while payments made from 18:00 to 23:59 are transferred to treasury accounts on the next day.
The Government e-Payment Service MPay [7] is the government platform service that can be used by citizens, both individuals and legal entities, to pay for public services with any of the multitude of available tools: bank card, Internet banking, cash.
