The e-Governance Agency constantly helps public and private institutions to improve their interaction with the government [3]
The e-Governance Agency (EGA) regularly provides the necessary support in using government electronic services to all public and private organizations. Today, EGA made a presentation for members of the Foreign Investors Association in the Republic of Moldova, interested in the digitization of the economy and the main electronic tools managed by the institution.
Iurie Turcanu, EGA Director and Dumitru Postu, IT Product Manager, presented and explained the functionality and efficiency of e-governance services, among which: MPass service – for authentication in government electronic services; MSign service – for signing electronic documents (contracts, in-house documents, invoices, etc.); MConnect service – for data exchange and interoperability; MPay service – for payment of public services, duties, taxes etc. Discussions also touched upon services to be developed and launched in the coming period, in line with the Agenda for Modernization of Public Services.
"The e-Governance Agency launches a series of pillar platforms that can be used by both public authorities and businesses in creating their own electronic services and offers simple and efficient mechanisms for automating internal projects, designed to address the complexity of some common processes faced by service providers in the Republic of Moldova. Clients must be served to the highest standards", Iurie Turcanu mentioned.
The content of the webinar will be outlined in the new edition of the White Book – a platform for the interaction of foreign investors with the Moldovan authorities, designed and presented by the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova, which brings together 20 members from 13 countries, as a tool for constructive dialogue and partnership between investors and the Government.
