AGE’s Center for Innovation and Training in Digital Governance hosted a training session dedicated to representatives of the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (NITS) and the State Chamber for the Supervision of Marking (SCSM), during which the new solutions in e-Governance were presented: digital infrastructure platforms and services, governance applications, as well as the priorities and advantages of a public administration based on technologies and innovations.

The activity aimed to familiarize NITS and SCSM employees with the new governmental applications EVO, EVOSign, available modules such as: digital documents, MPower representative powers, electronic payments, appointments, etc. designed to facilitate access to public services and interactions with state institutions.

Thus, the trainers from the e-Governance Agency provided the participants with a detailed presentation on the functionalities and benefits of the applications that facilitate the management of digital documents and the automation of administrative processes, thus contributing to the digitalization of government processes and the modernization of public administration, saving time and resources allocated to the provision of public services, as well as reducing bureaucratic processes and human errors.

At the same time, the participants were introduced to the governmental platform for continuous online training - MLearn, a free tool designed to develop the skills and professional performance of employees in various fields of activity.  Attendees also learned about and explored other complementary solutions targeting the governance digital ecosystem, including data interoperability, activity logging, notification, document delivery, signing and authentication tools.

AGE continuously develops digital government solutions and products and provides public and private institutions with comprehensive support, from technical and informational assistance to dedicated training sessions, actively supporting the integration of these technologies into the act of governance.

Training sessions organized by AGE aim to increase assimilation degree of new digital solutions and adoption of technologies by institutions, organizations and citizens.

Digital transformation across society can only happen through active communication and collaboration to make effective use of new technologies and innovations.
