Local public administration informed about the use of e-Governance infrastructure

Over 150 representatives of the local administration from the first and second level from Riscani, Telenesti, Singerei and Soroca districts had the opportunity to explore and discuss the use of e-Governance infrastructure and digital solutions developed by the E-Governance Agency (EGA).

 

During the information sessions, the participants were familiarized with the essential electronic platforms and services for streamlining the work of public administration, such as: e-LPA and MConnect platforms, the Public Services Portal, the Portal of the citizen and law units (Mcabinet), the Governance electronic services: MPay, MSign, MPower, MDelivery, and the Governance application EVO.

 

By organizing information events on digital Governance solutions for local public authorities, EGA aims to develop a modern, efficient and accessible e-Governance system that responds to citizens’ needs and improves the quality of public services. They provide the opportunity to communicate directly with users of information systems and explain step by step the functionalities and benefits of digitization.

 

Currently, 20 Unified Service Delivery Centers (CUPS) are operating in Riscani, Telenesti, Singerei and Soroca districts, helping citizens in rural areas to access Governance services remotely, fill in applications, make online payments and track the status of administrative processes, eliminating bureaucratic barriers and reducing financial costs.
