EGA starts training programme on evo integrated government application
E-Governance Agency (EGA) is launching a Training and Education Programme for representatives of public authorities/institutions on the EVO integrated government e-services application.
The Programme aims to train representatives of public authorities involved in the provision of government services to understand and use the new e-governance product.
Training and education activities will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to use the modules available in the application, to easily access electronic public services and to better understand the functionalities and user experience of the new application.
At the same time, within the Programme, EGA's e-governance experts will train trainers, who in turn will guide civil servants in public institutions and facilitate access to the use of the EVO application - an essential tool in optimising administrative processes and modernising public services.
Training activities shall be conducted in groups organised in the EGA's Centre for Innovation and Training in Digital Governance, equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure a suitable environment for conducting training efficiently and interactively and according to a timetable agreed jointly with the entities concerned.
This programme is part of the efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Digital Transformation Strategy for 2023-2030 and is part of Pillar 5 of the Action Plan of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. Aiming to increase the efficiency and quality of public services.
The EVO integrated government application will be officially launched on June 6th at the Moldova Digital Summit 2024.
The application is currently in the final testing process, with over 5000 users participating.
