In the last two years of continuous operation (end of February 2022 - end of February 2024), the Dopomoga.gov.md portal has been used by more than 877 thousand users. Among them - 492 thousand users from Moldova, 215 thousand users from Ukraine, 22 thousand users from Romania and Germany, 18 thousand - from Poland, and more than 100 thousand - from other countries, with geography ranging from Brazil to Japan.

In the Republic of Moldova, Chișinău ranks first, with over 350 thousand users, followed by Balti, Comrat and Tiraspol. Users include both Moldovan and Ukrainian citizens, civil servants, representatives of the host community, international agencies and Moldovan NGOs, and people who simply need help.

In Ukraine, most users are from Kyiv and Kyiv Region (over 76 thousand), Odesa and Odesa Region (about 49 thousand), Lviv and Lviv Region (about 23 thousand), Dnipro and Dnipro Region (about 12 thousand), Kharkiv and Kharkiv Region (about 10 thousand). And also - Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Chernivtsi and many other cities - both in Ukraine and Poland, Romania, Germany and other countries.

Each of these people, whether they were in Moldova, Ukraine or other countries, spent at least 2 minutes and 35 seconds, and all of them together viewed a particular page of the site more than 1.25 million times.
