The Ministry of Justice in partnership with the e-Governance Agency is launching today, May 2, 2023, the piloting of the new version of the e-apostille service, which will be faster, easier and more convenient for citizens.

The new service has been integrated on the Public Services Development Platform (PSDP) also called Front Office Digitization (FOD), making the online submission of documents issued by the Moldovan authorities for apostille easier and more intuitive.

Citizens can request and receive the apostilled documents online without having to go to the institution and physically interact with the state representatives.

The apostilled documents can be delivered to the home address through the government’s delivery service MDelivery both in the Republic of Moldova and abroad, while the electronic version of the apostilled documents can be downloaded in the citizen’s personal cabinet https://mcabinet.gov.md.

The new service can also be received based on an authorization obtained through the government’s electronic service MPower.

The electronic apostille service is available 24/7, from any part of the world and can be requested through the public services portal servicii.gov.md or apostila.gov.md, while offline it can be requested at the offices of the Apostille and Legalization Department in Chisinau (82, 31 August 1989 str.) or Balti (1, Square of Independence str., townhall, floor 1).
