The electronic civil status services allow requesting online duplicates of civil status certificates, civil status extracts and changes or rectifications to civil status documents.
The following documents can be obtained under the three e-Civil Status Services:
- birth certificate duplicate,
- marriage certificate duplicate;
- divorce certificate duplicate;
- death certificate duplicate;
- extract from the birth certificate;
- extract from marriage certificate;
- extract from divorce certificate;
extract from the death certificate.
Advantages:
- E-Civil Status Service allows a more efficient and safe management of data;
- Citizens can request and pay for Civil Status services online, without having to visit the issuing institution;
- Due to Mobile Digital Signature and MPay, even citizens who are abroad can request the necessary Civil Status documents and pay for theme;
