Gheorghe Ursoi has more than 10 years of experience in the field of strategic planning, institutional development, as well as the public policies development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
He has held various positions in central public administration, as well as in several support projects on the central public authorities' capacities development and strengthening.
Gheorghe joined Moldova e-Governance Agency in December 2018 as process improvement coordinator, whereas within the Modernization of Government Services Project, Gheorghe is responsible for the Component on the Institutional Capability Development to ensure that the required capabilities, structures and human resources are in place and aligned to the improved and digitized business processes of selected services. On March 1, 2020 Gheorghe has been designated as Deputy Director of the Agency.
