Cornelia Amihalachioae

Cornelia is the head of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at the e-Governance Agency, the Agency's delegate to the Permanent Dialogue Mechanism on Open Governance and Social Innovation focal point.
Cornelia holds a bachelor degree in Foreign Affairs and MBA, and graduated a number of profeesionalization courses at the World Bank Institute, UN University, Harvard University's Centre for International Development etc. She has >20 years work experience both in private and public sectors, mostly in development partners-financed programmes supporting the implementation of complex national and international scale reforms, approaches, initiatives. Her area of expertise is heterogenous: governance, strategic communications and advocacy, strategic planning, M&E, social innovations and citizen-centric research, coordinating of various types of quantitative and qualitative researches.
At the e-Governance Agency Cornelia is responsible for coordinating the Strategic Planning, M&E, Strategic Communication and Partnerships within the initiatives implemented by the Agency, and has a key role in program design, social inclusion & gender equity mainstreaming, and social innovation - related activities.
